Your responsibilities

• Contributes to the implementation of global and national compliance standards to secure a safe environment for customers and co-workers.
• Ensure the commercial agenda by securing that retail foundations and sales steering tools, food safety and Swedishness is in place.
• Lead and implement the commercial strategy and commercial calendar in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Lead the implementation of the stores IKEA Retail Food communication strategy
• Develop and improve by seeking and acting upon customer feedback
• Ensure that the customer restaurant is in shape as new, common store planning solutions and vitality packages are implemented.
• Secure that excellence in operations and high quality standards of customer experience in the customer and co-worker restaurant and optimised levels of commerciality are achieved by cooperating effectively with the Kitchen Production Manage.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of the unit business plan and the IKEA Retail Food business plan and other action plans
• Ensures that the team has the correct competence regarding the IKEA Food range and the IKEA services and can share this with customers in a good way
• Identify, recruit, introduce, and develop the many talents and to secure succession planning
• Secure a lean, diverse and high performing team through building IKEA Food and IKEA competence and leadership and empowering co-workers to act on their own initiative
• Responsible for the implementation of the global and national people and sustainability strategies
