Who you are

To be successful in this function, you have solid experience across the Cyber Security & Privacy (CS&P) fields in multiple security, privacy, and compliance domains, in a large corporate environment, for at least 8 years.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Cyber Security and Privacy Leader (CS&P Leader), you will develop CS&P vision and strategy for Ingka Investments, with the goal to attain and enable’ business objectives and ensure legal compliance. You‘ll take accountability and influence Ingka leaders and teams for effective implementation of CS&P in the organization.

You will drive global steering documents, directing the implementation of business-centric goals for CS&P within Ingka Investments. You’ll secure incorporation of Ingka Investments’ requirements into the global CS&P direction, fostering effective governance and collaboration across functions.

You will collaborate closely with Ingka Group Cyber Security and Privacy function to develop, secure, and implement CS&P practices, representing the specific needs of Ingka Investments. You’ll secure adherence to the risk/compliance framework alongside relevant functions, facilitating the organization's effective alignment with business objectives. You will manage audits and provide comprehensive reporting on CS&P performance, monitor, analyze, and take effective action against both internal and external risks and threats.

You are accountable for the Information Security and Data Privacy incident management process, bridging contact with local regulators and/or individuals and leading decision-support material creation and escalations as required. You’ll be the speaking partner for the business for day-to-day Data Privacy issues to ensure compliance with our steering documents and local Data Privacy legislation. Moreover, you’ll play an active role ensuring Personal Data Management activities such as Personal Data Inventory and Mapping are completed.

The position will be in the Netherlands, and you will report to the Digital Technology Manager for Ingka Investments.
