• Presenting the IKEA range in a way that is attractive and relevant to our local market, showing a deep knowledge and passion for people’s life at home and expert knowledge of home furnishing competence.
• Ability to adapt and be open minded to all the possibilities while implementing commercial strategies throughout the store, with a customer focused mindset.
• You have long term perspective and experience and want to learn more about implementation of action plans and budgets.

Your responsibilities

• You will support the Com&In Manager and the team to inspire and surprise visitors by presenting and communicating the IKEA home furnishing offer with strong visual impressions that exceed visitors’ expectations and strongly contribute to the growth of our business.
• With Com&In Manager, You’ll be responsible for the store layout, range presentation and store communication thereby contributing to positioning the IKEA Brand as the leader in life at home
• Support knowledge of life at home in the local market throughout the of market researches
• You will be the right hand of the manager in leading and developing the team full of creative people.
