What you'll need to have

Formal qualifications in Business and Management (University degree) or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role, including key decision making processes, participating in creating business and
commercial plans
• Fluent in English
• Preferred: External experience working in contact centres and/or transformations within a multichannel and multinational matrix
organisation
• Preferred: Experience from working within Ingka and knowledge of IKEA Brand, culture, values and way of working

Your responsibilities

Take an active part and support the Country Remote Customer Meeting Point Manager (Country RCMP Mgr) in contributing with local
remote expertise to the creation of the global strategy
• Responsible for aligning designated parts of country roadmap and global strategy in order to ensure local relevance
• Responsible for designated parts of the the Country RCMP operations in order to deliver the business goals and KPIs
• Proactively contribute with RCMP perspective in Country Business Plan/Financial Planning processes to ensure RCMP is integrated in
commercial agenda and an active contributor to the country Sales, Customer and Positioning goals
• Drive the best customer and co-worker experience across all areas of the RCMP by being an active part in the Country RCMP
Management Team.
• Lead, coach and develop managers, promoting individual growth and securing high performing passionate experts
• Contribute to global improvement by sharing insights and business cases within the global RCMP community and implementing and
maintaining global initiatives and best practices thus aligning with common standards as well as challenging and developing them
• Take responsibility for the dialogue and cooperation with assigned country support functions (e.g. People & Culture, Business
Navigation, Digital, Real Estate) and/or Remote Partners in order to ensure integration and alignment to common priorities as well as
optimal performance of local remote partners.

SALARY DISCLOSURE- The ideal pay range for this role is $137,111-$181,643 based on the Baltimore Pay Tier.

This position is hybrid role with a minimum 1 day a week in the office. The successful candidate must live within a commutable distance to the IKEA RCMP in Nottingham, MD.
