Job description

As Finance Management Trainee, you will be responsible to:

财务管理管培生工作职责:

  • Participate in budget/rolling forecast calculation.

参与工厂预算计算。

  • Participate in KPI review & analysis.

参与关键业务指标追踪与分析。

  • Understand the business and finance processes of IKEA Components.

了解宜家配件业务及财务流程。

  • Support daily operation in finance team.

支持财务团队日常运行。

  • Understand fact-based decisions making, communicate with business partner on giving insights, analytics, scenarios and recommendations.

与商业合作伙伴就提供见解、分析、方案和建议进行沟通,理解基于事实所作的决策。

  • Ensure follow-ups where deviations are detected early.

及时发现偏差的产生并确保跟进。

  • Contribute to communicating business results, insights and recommendations in a clear and inspiring way, providing available and actionable business analysis.

协助清晰地传达业务结果、见解和建议,同时提供可用、可操作的业务分析。

  • Contribute to the development of working methods and tools.

协助工作方法和工具的改进。

  • Work with scenarios planning mindset.

运用情景规划的意识进行工作。

  • Secure contract review process.

严格把控公司合同审核流程。

  • Participate in relevant projects.

参与到相关项目中。


Qualification

We are looking for the people with:

  • Finance related majors, or finance background.

财务相关专业或财务相关工作背景。

  • Interest of finance analytics, cost controlling, etc.

对财务分析、成本控制等方向感兴趣。

  • Passion on facing the challenges and able to provide ideas for changes.

积极应对挑战,接受变化。

  • Understanding of the IKEA business model, strategic landscape and IKEA Ways of working.

了解宜家的业务模式、战略布局和工作方式。

  • Good knowledge in Microsoft office.

熟练使用基本办公软件。

  • Good presentation skills.

良好的演讲技巧。

  • Fluent in communicating and writing in Chinese and English.

熟练的中英文读写能力。

  • Strong communication skill, Inspires and creates confidence, build networks and strong relations.

善于沟通、激励他人,自信,能够建立和维系人际关系。

  • Willing to work in Nantong.

有意愿在南通长期工作发展。

  • Good knowledge of business intelligence tools: PWBI, Python, etc.

了解数字化智能工具:Power BI, Python, 等。
