About the job

We want to fill this position with a strong contributor to the HR Services Function, working closely with the Centre of Expertise functions (COEs) and HR Business Partner team to ensure that HR strategies are translated into action in the most effective and efficient way leading to operational excellence.

Your assignment

In ensuring a consistent approach across Ikano Retail, you are required to ensure service delivery that are efficient and effective, by lending support in the establishing of related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across various people cycle activities. You will also lead in the SO on-boarding programme, My Learning platform and HR related reports / dashboards.

You are to recommend on market best practices regarding HR key activities and employees’ life cycle, keeping in mind continuous improvement, effective solutions that are sustainable in the way forward. To support process improvement, you will work closely within the team in proposing digitalize/digitize solutions that supports the overall business direction.


Qualification

Your profile

  • You have at least 3-4 years experience with HR systems preferably with Learning & Development experience.
  • You are proficient in HR relates processes, practises, reporting and dashboard analytics.
  • You have a strong desire for continuous improvement and enjoy working in an ever-changing, vibrant and multi-dimensional environment.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skill - someone who is ever ready to engage, listen and the ability to influence.
  • Innovative and willing to challenge common ways of thinking while applying relevant HR solutions to business needs.
