• You're service-minded and always keep the customer in focus
• You're sales-driven and passionate about food and people
• You have value based leadership (both business and people minded) with honest, down to earth, lead by example, togetherness working spirit.
• Food industry professional experience and leading big team experience. IKEA Food experience will be preferred.
• You have previous management experience from high volume retail or multi-unit food service industry
• Can use English as working language.
