Now you have chance to try and step into a position as Integrated Media Leader starting as soon as possible - 30th of September 2024. 

As a person you are energized by driving customer value and business growth. You like an environment where you can make an impact, plan and evaluate the media mix for our marketing campaigns based on goals and underlying KPI:s. You have the ability to connect operational findings with strategic directions and enjoy working in a coordinating role where you will collaborate with the rest of the Integrated Media team, the media agency and colleagues within Marketing Communications, Selling, E-commerce and Insights. You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships.

To be successful in this role we believe you have several years of experience in media planning and buying, from an agency or from an inhouse marketing department. You are used to balancing brand building communication with push and pull marketing and have experience in creating plans based on different campaign objectives and target groups, using both digital channels and offline channels.

Expected education; University bachelor’s degree or KY degree within relevant field of marketing, media, e-commerce or equivalent.

Your responsibilities

Together with the Integrated Media team and media agency you will be responsible for planning paid media campaigns.


Main respomsibilities ;

Together with Marketing Communications leader: brief media agency and creative agency on campaigns and targets for a certain campaign period. Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to secure all information needed to brief.

Secure that learnings from econometric modelling, previous campaigns and test results are taken into consideration when planning upcoming campaigns.

Collaborate with media agency regarding media plans, media mix and budget allocation for the different campaigns.

Together with Marketing Communications team: secure timeline of content deliveries and all formats needed.

Together with integrated media specialist: continuously analyze performance and activities using Google Analytics, PowerBi, Adform and Looker Studio. Use the learnings to give media agency input on optimization and budget allocation between channels and campaigns as well as providing Marketing Communication with insights regarding performance and optimization of creatives.

Collaborate with agency and rest of the Media team regarding setup of different tests or implementation of new media channels.

Present plans and results orally or in written, using PowerPoint and excel.

You will be part of the Integrated Media team within Marketing, reporting to the Integrated Media Manager. IKEA Svenska Försäljnings AB is responsible for the retail activities in Sweden, channeled through 21 stores from Haparanda to Malmö, Customer Support Centre in Älmhult and Helsingborg, and a Service Office in Helsingborg. We are approximately 6,500 employees in total.

Our Service Office in Helsingborg supports the stores in the areas of sales, store communication & interior design, logistics, restaurant, customer experience, marketing, IT, expansion, finance & administration, risk management, PR & information, and human resources.

The position is fulltime and temporary. Start as soon as possible and until 30/9– 2024. Location – Helsingborg, at least 2 days/week in the office.
