Job description

This 12 months long assignment will be focused on:

1.      You will support internally and externally to communicate and have alignment about IKEA requirements.  

2.      You will help with translation and verifying different documents connected to both Human Right and Sustainability.

3.      You will help to conduct different trainings

Qualification
  • fluent English and Ukrainian (written, spoken)
  • university graduate or student (preferable within law studies connected to Human Right and Sustainability faculty)
  • well organized and patient in the details
  • systematic approach towards solving problems
  • Strengthen your capability to prioritize
  • able to keep good balance between overall view and details
  • good communication skills and being open for different cultures
  • passionate about networking and building relationships with people you meet both internally & externally
  • willpower person for continues development and improvements
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • driving license cat. B is advantage.
  • holding a work permit for Poland
