IKEA Industry Nantong is a foil on board unit belongs to IKEA Industry. It is located in the New & High-tech Industry Development Zone, Nantong, Jiangsu Province. It covers an area of around 140,000 square meters and has about 400 co-workers. IKEA Industry Nantong was established in 2012, and officially went into production in August 2013. It is the first highly automated furniture production demonstration company in China invested by IKEA Industry.

Since its opening, IKEA Industry Nantong has always been aiming to realize IKEA's vision and has committed to providing customers with home furnishing products with good quality and afford-able prices. The company has created a high-quality, high-performing and competitive furniture manufactured factory with measures that increase efficiency and reduce costs by exploring new materials, investing in new technologies, improving standardized processes.

We actively responded to the clarion call of the state, fulfilled our social responsibilities and strived to be the leader of sustainable development. In 2015, we invested in the solar panel project under the support from IKEA Industry. After the project is completed, the annual power generation reached 3.5 GWh; The second phase of Solar panel project was stared in use in August, 2022, the annual power output increased by 4.5 GWh based on the original 3.5 GWh. 8 GWh in total for the year and covering 50% of the energy consumption, in addition to reducing the CO2 emission approximately 6242 Ton.

In recent years, IKEA Industry Nantong has been awarded the title of "Top 100 Enterprise" for many years by Tongzhou District, Nantong City. In 2016, it was awarded "Smart Manufacturing Workshop of Jiangsu Province"; in 2019, it was awarded the advanced “Authorized Enterprise Organisation (AEO)”; and in 2020, it was awarded the "Level 2 Safe Production Standardized Enterprise".

In the future, IKEA Industry Nantong will continue to practice our business idea of " offer a wide range of well-designed, functional home furnishing products at prices so low that as many people as possible will be able to afford them”, ensuring that the production process is safe and sustainable, constantly improving our certifications and management systems, adhering to the unique IKEA culture and values, and striving to become the role model for the home furnishing industry.

• 履行设备机械等的维修，维护职责，并提供维修方面的技术支持；
• 负责现场生产设备的定期维保，对于突发故障进行及时处理；
• 负责设备设施的预防性和改善性维护；
• 通过精益推动持续改进，确定并实施计划；
• 计划、指导技术人员对机器设备进行维护维保；
• 发现问题，收集数据，分析解决，并得出有效结论
• 执行所有安全规定、挂牌上锁、安全防护等；
• 确认、创建和更新备件/工装等清单；
• 积极参与团队任务和项目的实施；
• 实施和开发BP系统。

• 具备设备技术相关知识的储备和至少3年以上维修维保工作经验；
• 具备一定的领导力及良好的沟通能力；
• 具备低压维修电工证；
• 具备发现问题，解决问题的能力；
• 能够以数学或图表的形式展现各种技术说明和图纸内容，并处理抽象和具体的变量；
• 电气工程及自动化专业者优先考虑；
• 具备英语技能者优先考虑；
• 熟悉Beckhoff/Siemens 系统、KUKA机器人程序设置者优先考虑；
