• Responsible for HFS on an operational level

• Responsible for related HFS - order handling, securing all system updates

• Cooperate with relevant internal stakeholders (mainly Supply planners, Packaging planners, Transport and Warehouse), in order to maintain the business and secure daily operations

• Collect market information to secure good performance of daily operations and share on an operational level to related functions

• Prepare documents necessary for custom clearance based on templates, according request from HFS

•This position is short term assignment (one year contract)

• Fluent verbal and written English

• Economic and Financial knowledge is preferred

• Basic knowledge about IKEA Components business set-ups

• IKEA and IKEA Components Supply chain knowledge

• IKEA Components range knowledge

• IKEA range knowledge

• Basic market knowledge

• Good system knowledge

• Passion in Home furnishing

• Customer in focus

• Service minded

• Have sense of urgency and simplicity
