IKEA Industry to the first manufacturer of wooden furniture in the world. We produce furniture made of solid wood and wood-based panels for customers of IKEA stores. We produce for IKEA and that's why we are called "IKEA own production".

• as a leader being a good example of IKEA values, protecting and development IKEA culture & values inside and outside the company together with Management Team
• direct management and development of departments: production, maintenance, production planning and IPS (lean)
• ensuring right quality of production plans preparation and realization
• ensuring right level of machine park availability
• ensuring maintaining and developing IPS (lean) standards

• higher education (preferred technical)
• min. 5 years of experience in an international production company
• min. 3 years of experience as a member of management team
• excellent knowledge of operations/methods in the field of production and maintenance supported by conducted projects
• excellent practical knowledge of IPS (lean) standards and methods
• ability to translate strategic directions into operational plans
• excellent influence and relationship building skills
• excellent leadership skills: co-workers development/succession planning, motivating, building engagement
• English fluency min. B2
