Our Sopron unit is the main supplier of wooden kitchen fronts, which can be found in IKEA stores worldwide. As a specialist in high-quality solid wood and veneered components, the plant develops and manufactures not only kitchen elements, but also various storage systems and dining and living room tables. It employs more than 500 people in its two plants on the site.

• Leading full-cycle recruitment projects for white-collar positions,
• using and directing external/internal employer branding channels/tools,
• maintaining relationships with educational institutions and external service providers,
• providing professional support to managers regarding labor law, organizational changes, and other HR-related topics (training and development, performance management, talent development),
• informing employees of emerging questions,
• actively participating in the development of HR processes, as well as in local and international projects within the company group,
• holding internal training sessions,
• active participation in company communication and organizing corporate events.

• Relevant higher education degree,
• min. 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar position,
• labor law knowledge,
• active spoken and written English skills,
• fluent Hungarian,
• confident user of Excel,
• agile mindset, good communication skills, ability to work under pressure, reliability, accurate and precise independent work.
