What you'll be doing day to day

Optimizing the shopping experience through knowledgeable and attentive customer service to continually increase sales.
• Creating relationships with customers to provide support in-store and remotely.
• Acting as an expert and consultant on a broad range of products and services to inspire and inform customers.
• Listening to, identifying, anticipating, and responding to customer needs.
• Maximizing sales, while maintaining profitability, by actively steering customers towards top-selling and prioritized products.
• Analyzing and adjusting sales space capacities based on sales location to secure high stock availability.
• Supporting the implementation and upkeep of planned and promotional activities in, or involving, your product range.

Every 4th weekend off. Required open availability for weekend days. Can be flexible with week day availability but will require 8am-10pm availability most days of the week.
- Physically able to fulfill basic job functions that frequently require the lifting of packages up to 50lbs, use of manual pallet jacks, occasional assembly of display furniture and consistent standing/walking.
- This is a customer facing role in a warehouse environment that will require strong communication skills to meet the needs of our customers.

HOURS – From 12 to 19 hours per week (HL1) // Limited Benefits
SHIFTS– Seeking work schedule availability of Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday as a minimum requirement. Work schedules are published one month in advance

The starting hourly pay range for this role is $16.90 - $19.44

QUALIFICATIONS

2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the home furnishing sector
Familiarity with basic design principals and modular furniture planning
