Who you are

We are looking for a team leader in logistics. If you have experience as a team leader, are willing to take on responsibility and develop your area of expertise on a daily basis, and are interested in a long career at IKEA, we look forward to hearing from you!
• You have experience in the logistics or supply chain field and you are comfortable in a warehouse environment.
• You are an experienced manager, you have a strong team orientation and you know how to motivate and develop your employees.
• You are at ease convincing others, giving constructive criticism and are always open to new ideas.
• You stand out for your clear communication and leadership skills.
• You are flexible and willing to work early in the morning and/or late in the evening as well as on Saturdays.
• You are fluent in the local language and you can speak English very well.

Your responsibilities

• Maintaining an overview of all operational tasks in the warehouse on a daily basis and ensuring that they are carried out in the interest of customer satisfaction.
• Leading employees and developing their potential.
• Creating team planning and, together with your colleagues, adapting to sudden changes that may occur.
• Actively supporting the warehouse management by introducing new processes and looking for ways to improve and support your employees in their daily activities.
• Monitoring compliance with all internal and external safety regulations and act as a role model and source of motivation for employees.
