We are looking for you who loves to lead a digital product team development from both development and operations in a DevOps fashion. The position implies responsibilities for goal setting, roadmap and vision, marketing, selling, budget and services and support for delivering great customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the Product team, to prioritize, co-ordinate and manage the development and deployment of the digital product.
• Ensuring the development stays aligned with the set-out business goals and contribute to a strong and relevant IKEA offer.
• Develop the OKR and follow-up on those on tertial basis. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to actively manage the digital product backlog and product roadmap.
• Lead and optimize the development activities and output from the product team.
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders and product team to maximize the delivery of value.
• Comply with relevant frameworks, standards, and budget for the digital products.
• Main contributor to building the overall product roadmap.
• Responsible for support and service.

As a Digital Product Leader, you will be passionate about creating value in IT Operations, serving the customer and possess drive to add business value. You are excited about getting things done with a “can do” attitude. You come with an extensive experience in agile development practices and ways of working and strong in leading and empowering team members without formal reporting line. Knowledge of how to develop technology in a modern digital environment.

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in the IT industry and digital development.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with agile development practices, in which requirements and solutions evolve through the collaborative effort of self-organizing cross functional teams.
• Minimum 3 years of leading digital product development experience
• Job experience from engineering, marketing, sales, digital channels or similar.
• Previous experience from different parts of IKEA is preferred.
• Job experience of requirement management for digital products
• Understand the concepts of DevOps and domain driven development.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving change in big organisations.
• University education in the areas of Business, Engineering, or similar.
