・Preferably, minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce or similar
・Experience in driving output within set scope and following up results
・Experience of taking commercial decisions based on market and digital knowledge
・Experience of online business, digital media and e-marketing techniques
・Experience in digital range presentation techniques
・A passion/interest in home furnishing
・Good knowledge of the end user shopping experience
・Must be currently residing in Japan
・Business level English and Japanese

Your responsibilities

・Capability to act as a member of the E-commerce team and proactively contribute to E-commerce plan/output in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals.
・Ability to take responsibility for conversion optimization by showing the width and depth the IKEA range to support the seasonality and commercial priorities while simplifying the buying process
・Capability to contribute to the customer experience and customer journey through working closely with Range Specialist, Content editor and the HF&RD function.
・Competence and passion to measure and follow up the performance of online merchandising by analyzing customer behavior.

Our head office is on the 5th floor of the Tokyo-Bay store. The style of working is hybrid; we are welcomed to work in the office 2-3 times a week and work from home the remainder. 【Employment Status】
- Full-time regular employee- 40 hours per week contract
- Probation period: 6 months
- Start date is the first day of every month (consult with us about your start date)
- Retirement age: 65 years old
