Customer Fulfilment (CFF) plays a fundamental role within Retail in achieving the IKEA goal of becoming a multichannel retailer. Customer Fulfilment acts as a fully integrated function, with an end-to-end approach to develop our business having customers’ needs at heart. We are focusing on contributing to a seamless shopping experience for the many people with great quality across all touchpoints.


Your profile:
• University degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or proven performance in logistics/ supply chain management
• Good understanding of Supply Chain and warehouse operations
• Minimum 3 years working experience in a managerial position in distribution, retail, logistics or similar (preferably in warehouse operations)
• Excellent understanding of the customer needs, demands and expectations in the market
• Understanding and interest in 3rd party logistics
• Interests in market trends and innovation in logistics
• Good financial competence
• Proven negotiation skills
• Proven successful leadership, delivering both business result and people development
• Proven leadership skills enable to communicate, inspire and motivate others (direct & indirect leadership)
• Good knowledge of change management
• Stakeholder management: good knowledge of how to identify and involve relevant stakeholders
• Eagerness to solve problems and suggest new solutions
• Action-oriented
• Fluency in English & Polish
• Driving license is required
• Readiness for regular business travels.


ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT:
• Accountable for high performing ecommerce warehouse operations
• Manage the cooperation with ESP (External Service Provider) within agreed contract, service standards and KPI`s
• Lead, coach and develop the team and individual co-workers
• Secure, develop, communicate, explain and follow-up of strategy, business plan and relevant actions
• Secure that IKEA rules and guidelines as well as laws and regulations are followed
• Take a part in a different projects which are impacting underlying area
• Ensure that health, safety and security is number one priority
• Responsible for yearly budget process between IKEA and ESP
• Contributing to the implementation of the sustainability agenda of the company
• Accountable for implementing warehousing processes and concepts as well as new technological and digital innovations through the ESP
• Increase efficiency of warehouse operations (reduce cost, improve productivity) with focus on total supply chain costs
• Secure that internal and external benchmarking for key indicators is conducted and followed
