integrated, process-oriented organization with an end-to-end approach to develop our business and deliver results.

support for all IT equipment.

What you'll be doing day to day

Supports the operation by ensuring WMS and associated equipment are available, well
configured, and maintained
? Implement system enhancements to increase efficiency & quality, and decrease costs
? Secure IT related equipment and supply inventory, adhere to matrix specific processes
and schedules for replacement
? Understand and communicate system data and metrics to drive actionable unit insights
? Capture, analyse, document, trace, prioritise and agree on local system and IT equipment
requests and needs
? Secure and support end-user system and equipment training efforts
? Closely work with operational partners to capture potential future unit needs
? Maintain a clean and safe work area in all locations within the fulfilment unit
? Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that
embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.
? Performs other duties as assigned.
