・Proven advanced skills in Planning & Project management
・Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and delivering complex change processes/products
・Passionate about digital transformation & technology in the retail industry
・Experience of launching and driving growth of digital products in a large organization
・Experience with leading in change across multi-functional teams
・Strong documented leadership skills
・Experience of deploying digital solutions
・Strong experience in managing change and transformations
・Extensive experience in planning of digital product rollouts
・Deep understanding of how to set up and manage a successful release and rollout of digital products together with relevant stakeholders
・Deep understanding of change management techniques and digital transformation practices
・Resident in Japan　
・Business level English and Japanese


Preferred
・Experience of Agile working set-up and working as part of agile team
・Experience in a management role with a medium team size and creating business impact
・Deep understanding of business in retail- and eCommerce to be able to drive reinvention of the business

Your responsibilities

・Ensure that product rollouts run according to plan, based on detailed digital roadmap plans received from roadmap teams
・ Facilitate flow of roadmap feedback from IKEA Japan to Global roadmap teams
・ Lead implementation of all digital launches in IKEA Japan
・ Ensure proper multifunctional staffing for successful launches in IKEA Japan
・ Evaluate and report all launches as per defined metrics. Provide feedback & recommendations based on evaluation to improve digital toolbox components to Central Group Digital deployment team
・ Ensure rapid adoption of new products across IKEA Japan through an exponential rollout plan with contribution from assembled deployment support teams
・ Secure that country teams organise for deployment in close collaboration with global deployment support teams, in terms of people and tools
・ Ensure timely implementation of change management activities with Digital Project Leader & Deployment Specialists; Successfully drive the adoption of products, including communications, training, and stakeholder management
・Manage the country specific product portfolio at IKEA Japan
・ Work across initiatives within Ingka Group, steering a successful digital product deployment that drives IKEA business results

Our head office is on the 5th floor of the Tokyo-Bay store. The style of working is hybrid; we are welcomed to work in the office 2-3 times a week and work from home the remainder. 【Employment Status】
- Full-time regular employee- 40 hours per week contract
- Probation period: 6 months
