Who you are

• To be successful in this role you need proven advanced training in communications or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of both external and internal communication experience.
• Strong communication skills in English and Korean (spoken and written) are necessary.
• You have affinity with creating engaging communication and working with internal communications.
• You have passion for Co-workers communication and get energized by working both independently and interdependently with communication network and cross functions.
• You are motivated to work agile and being open to the change. You share and live the IKEA culture and values.

Your responsibilities

• To develop, lead and implement the country co-worker communication strategy and secure the communication process by defining, planning, executing and following up in line with Ingka strategy
• Responsible for the development and delivery of the market Co-worker communication agenda, content and channels
• Implement global standards and guidelines on Co-worker communication and make it market relevant
• Apply stakeholder management to develop a deep understanding of stakeholder drivers and target communication effectively
• Proactively collaborate with global Group Communication to improve the overall development of the Co-worker communication strategy
• Work within Communication team to dedicate internal team initiatives together and lead key projects including Life at Home Report, Annual Summary & Sustainability Report for Ingka group and more.
• Be a communication expert for Sustainability, P&C, Commercial and CFF and other relevant function and a direct contact and support for communication needs and advice on effective choices within the specific areas of Sustainability, P&C and CFF
• Builds a deep understanding of Sustainability, P&C, Commercial and CFF and other relevant function’s objectives to tie communications work directly to desired business outcomes
• Manage internal communication channels to provide effective co-worker communication results
• Be a coach and sparring partner to managers when it comes to (co-workers) communication
