Additional Information:
• These roles are 1 x temporary full time (30-month fixed term contract) and 1 x temporary full time (36-month fixed term contract).
• The preferred location for the role is Service Office, Tempe NSW with hybrid working format available with a minimum 3 days in Service Office required per week. Remote work from any other IKEA AU location will be considered.
• The internal job title for this role is People Analytics & Information Specialist.

About this work area

As People Systems & Information Specialist you will be required to lead and secure key projects, specialising in areas such as job role mapping, user acceptance testing, translation validation and training delivery (systems establishment). Additionally, you will be required to manage cleansing and validations of data management.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Secure and provide high quality pre-conditions of People information & data.
• Manage and secure People data accuracy, availability and validity across the organisation through collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor and secure People data processes and activities are in line with the mandatory elements to ensure compliance and a consistent execution of the People information & data framework and policies.
• Collaborate and align with key stakeholders within People & Culture and other functions to secure well-functioning People information & data management.



As People Systems & Information Specialist you are:
• Passionate about contributing to developing the business and delivering results by optimising performance through people and people related data.
• Experienced and have sound knowledge in People systems integration, data cleansing, quality and administration alongside analysing and translating people related data in a simplified and digestible way.
• Equipped with a high level of competence in Microsoft Excel and other analytical programs is highly preferred.
• Able to demonstrate a high level of communication skills and have the ability to build relationships and collaborate well with stakeholders including cross-functional teams to secure business needs.
• Driven to proactively identify and improve business performance through championing new methods, processes and digital systems.
